    • These double hung windows contain two sash members, reinforced with galvanized steel shapes to attain the commercial ratings.
    • Windows mull with 3 ¼” frame operable sash & fixed windows.
    • Windows contain fusion-welded corners & multiple hollow chambers designed for structural integrity.
    • Factory-assembled multiple windows with mulled jambs upgrade structural integrity & ease of installation.
    • Thermal U-Factors are determined in accordance with NFRC standards.
    • Structural performance is established by testing to AAMA specification requirements.

     

Optional Features

    • Interior muntin grids improve aesthetic appearance.
    • Low-E glass/Argon sash units produce Energy Star® thermal ratings.
    • Multiple glass types produce windows meeting various structural, thermal, shading, and safety requirements.
    • Custom nail fins & J-channels improve quality & ease of installation.
    • Stainless steel security screens contribute to child safety & vandal resistance.
    • Operable blinds-between-the-glass reduce cleaning, maintenance & child cord hazard.
