LIMITED WARRANTY
FOR WINDOW TECH SYSTEMS INC.
ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT WINDOWS
Window
Tech Systems Inc. Warrants to the Original Purchaser
that: The White or Bronze Painted Aluminum Master
Frame and Sash Profiles are warranted not to
chip, crack, blister or peel under normal application.
The Sash
Releases, Locks, Keepers, and Balances will
be free from detrimental material and Workmanship
defects.
The Insulated
Glass Assemblies will not fail under normal
usage and will be free from obstruction of vision
caused by material particle formation on the
internal surfaces resulting from faulty manufacture
of the hermetic seal.
Specific
warranty time periods for components of the
windows for the Orginal Purchasers application
are available on request from Window Tech Systems,
Inc.
The glass
unit shall not be classified as defective, unless
the condition exceeds the imperfection level
allowable by Federal Government Specification
DD-004516.
Condensation
on the outside surface of the insulated glass
units may form as a natural result of humidity
from the surrounding environment and exterior/interior
temperature differential. Such condensation
does not reflect a material defect in the window
and would not be covered by this warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS
MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE , AND DOES NOT APPLY
TO THE PRODUCTS NORMAL DETERIORATION, ACCIDENTS,
ACT OF GOD, FIRE, MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT, USE
OF HARMFUL CLEANING COMPONENTS, OR INSTALLATION,
OTHER THAN AS RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU THE SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS
AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY,
FROM STATE TO STATE. ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS
WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER
PURCHASER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WINDOW
TECH SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE
OR LOSS OF OTHER PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT, OR FOR
THE COST OF REMOVING, INSTALLING OR REINSTALLING
ANY REPLACEMENT PART OR PARTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER.
This
warranty will become effective upon documentation
that the installation of the windows has been
completed at the premises set forth below. In
the event that warranty service is sought, the
part or parts that do not conform to this warranty
must be shipped prepaid to:
